Shipping policy

Shipping transit times are generally 2-5 business days for domestic US deliveries. We aim to meet this expectation with every order, but sometimes there are factors out of our control that can affect the order's delivery, such as courier issues, natural disasters, staffing shortages, and pandemics.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking number. We primarily use USPS and UPS for our shipments.  We have had issues with UPS delivering the package to USPS, and the item getting lost, so if you do not receive your package within a couple days after being notified it has shipped, please contact us and we'll figure it out, replacing the product if necessary.
